返品・キャンセルについて / Returns and Cancellations 商品の性質上、未開封・未使用かつ元の梱包のままの商品に限り、商品到着後7日以内の返品を承ります。送料は返金の対象外となり、返品の送料はお客様のご負担となります。
商品の破損・誤配送の場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご注文番号と写真を添えて enquiry@issenkodo.jp までご連絡ください。交換または返金にて対応いたします。

Because candles cannot be resold once used, we accept returns only of unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return postage is paid by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email enquiry@issenkodo.jp within 7 days with your order number and photographs, and we will replace or refund it.
